Meet Andres
Born in El Paso and raised by Mexican parents, Andrés graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in International Business and Real Estate. He started in real estate while still in school, working as a leasing agent and made his first ever sale for $1.1 million at just 21 years old. Four years in that role taught him the ins and outs of tenants, property management, and negotiation, which helped him pay his way through college.
Upon graduation Andrés began as a full time Realtor & has been practicing for 6 years. He has helped over 215 families and closed more than $100 million in sales, a business built almost entirely through social media. As the preferred Realtor® of Austin FC, he's worked with 50+ pro athletes buying, selling, and leasing around the city, and he treats every client with that same level of care.
His social media has racked up over 50 million views and counting, which helps him give his sellers maximum exposure and top dollar for their homes. He also invests in what he sells; Andrés owns 4 rental properties including a beachfront condo in Puerto Rico. Two years living in France added a global outlook and a real knack for connecting with people from all walks of life, and he speaks English, Spanish, and French fluently.
When he's not posting or closing deals, you'll find Andrés playing soccer, working out at the gym, playing golf, attending Toastmasters, traveling or exploring Austin with friends.
