Meet Monica
Monica was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, before moving to the United States at 11 years old. This change in the environment allowed her to enhance her adaptability skills and excel in any challenge that was presented. Monica obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
This paved the way for a successful business career in retail for over six years as a Management Leader, before joining the real estate family with her husband Victor Niño in 2017.
Monica has a servant’s heart and understands that helping clients rent, buy, or sell their homes is a very important event, and is happy to guide them along the way. Monica acknowledges that constant learning and improvement are a must in order to provide the best service for clients. Therefore, audiobooks and team meetings are great resources.
Monica cherishes the time spent with her family Sofia, Alison, Victor, and their dog, Sir Buttermuffin. On occasional date nights, Monica enjoys Salsa dancing with her husband Victor. Monica hopes to continue her world travel adventures with their two daughters and husband.
